Prison comedy classes cause controversy

Are stand-up classes an acceptable program for prison inmates? Not according to British Justice Secretary Jack Straw. According to a recent article in the UK’s The Independent, the politician has drawn harsh criticism for shutting down a series of programs designed to rehabilitate prisoners.
