Todd Barry is in the charitable holiday spirit

Todd BarryComedian Todd Barry is offering a unique bundle of holiday cheer this season. Barry has posted an eBay auction where the highest bidder will win one ticket to Comedy Death Ray’s Xmas Nativity Pageant and a personal phone call from Barry live on stage!

The Xmas Nativity Pageant takes place on Dec. 15 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre is Los Angeles, and the lucky bidder will publicly take a 5-7 minute phone call from the self-described “mega celebrity” during the show. All proceeds will support the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Barry, who cannot attend the showcase, promises the phone call will be “friendly in nature.”

Comedy Death Ray is an alternative comedy extravaganza that has been showcased at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles for the past five years. It has featured a wide array of comics, ranging from David Cross to Patton Oswalt. The Xmas Nativity Pageant is in its eighth year and is auctioning off countless donations from comics, including Lt. Dangle’s mustache from Reno 911!, all to support charity.
