So maybe NBC doesn’t suck as bad as we all thought.
On Tuesday, it was announced that Peacock Network (now thoroughly plucked, it seems) would be picking up a pilot written by Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon, the co-creators and writers of the now-canceled Reno 911!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show, titled The Strip, centers around a former child star (Lennon), who compensates for his (presumed) fall from famous grace by opening a Hooters-esque restaurant in a strip mall.
