No comedy fan’s iTunes library is complete without a subscription to The Sound Of Young America podcast. Host Jesse Thorn conducts awesome interviews with people from different parts of the entertainment world. Most of them are comedy related, and Thorn does a great job of interviewing subjects who don’t do – or don’t get asked to do – many interviews of this kind, but are major players in comedy.
In a recent interview conducted at South By Southwest, the self-proclaimed “radio sweetheart” did an in-depth interview with Matt Harlock, one of the directors of American: The Bill Hicks Story and Steve Hicks, the late comedian’s brother. Check out the video below.
