Martin LawrenceStarz’ Martin Lawrence Presents 1st Amendment Stand-Up has been renewed for a fifth season. Lawrence has pegged comedian Sheryl Underwood to host, replacing Doug Williams, who now work behind the scenes as an executive producer. Comedians set to perform include Deon Cole, Sandra Bernhard, Roz G, Chocolate, Ian Edwards and Damon Williams.

The new episodes will tape from May 13-16 in front of a live audience at the Chicago Theatre. The new season, which begins in October, will make it Starz’ longest running original series.

Now, allow me to use my first amendment right to say that I will most likely not be watching the episode featuring a comedian simply named “Chocolate.”
