Zach Galifianakis will portray a fish who takes on Nazis in a new CGI-animated film, a report suggests.
The Los Angeles Times cites unnamed sources who claim the comedian is in negotiations to play the lead role in a remake of the well-forgotten 1964 film The Incredible Mr. Limpet, wherein a normal guy (played by Don Knotts) makes a wish that he would turn into a fish and it becomes so. As such, he then helps the Navy kill Nazis during World War II.
Once we get word whether this is a go, we’ll let you know. Until then, don’t spark your bongs quite yet.
