Mo MandelHere’s a little exciting news nugget for you: NBC has its fingers in the pie of a new series written by comedian Mo Mandel. It’s a high concept show, reports Deadline, that centers around a collective of 20 somethings, who bide their time and make crucial decisions regarding the last five years of their lives, before a meteor is set to destroy life on Earth.

Considering the impressive comedic accolades we’ve seen of Mandel (break-out star status at the Just For Laughs fest, a place in the heart of Ms. Chelsea Handler), we’re definitely looking forward to the premier of this series with looks of eager hunger on our chubby little Punchline Magazine faces.

For now, let’s check out Mo onstage.
