The A.V. Club (sister site of The Onion) has recently teamed up with Joe Pickett and Nick Prueher creators of The Found Footage Festival, a film fest that’s exactly what it sounds like. The pair have made a name for themselves by creating movies from unintentionally hilarious videos they’ve scored at garage sales and the like.

So now, through November, The Found Footage Festival becomes a hilarious twice a week web series for the A.V Club; and each week will have its own theme. For example, the debut pair of episodes falls under “Exercise Awareness Week,” which features the new video of “Rock’s Winning Workout Without Weights.” Rock and his crew take you through their own workout styling and how to incorporate God into the picture.

Sounds fun, right? It is. Let’s check out a pair of episodes now. The first is from Exercise Awareness Week; after the jump check out a video from Safety Awareness Week. And to keep up with all the episodes, make sure you get to the show’s official site.
