Tig NotaroTig Notaro first appeared on my radar during a visit to Los Angeles’s UCB Theater, where she told a hilariously awkward tale of her repeated chance encounters with 80s pop star Taylor Dayne.

Fortunately, though, you soon won’t have to wait for her live act to catch her in action. Logo is developing a new comedy series starring Tig Notaro and produced by Sarah Silverman, called “Tig Has Friends.”

The show will find Tig interviewing well-known figures in entertainment and revealing their unfamiliar talents. I really hope Taylor Dayne is a guest.
