How many non-practicing, heathen Christian-types do we have out there? My guess, is a decent amount.
But we at Punchline Magazine are not out to judge anyone for their religious or non-religious proclivities. We are here to make you laugh and to expose you to people who can make you laugh– also known as comedians. And what better day to get a chuckle than the Christian holiday of Good Friday– the day when fun-loving practicing Christians all over the world celebrate the day their savior was slowly beaten, dragged up a hill and then hung on a wooden cross via giant nails driven through his hands and feet.
It sounds gruesome, I know. But the late, great Sam Kinison puts a positive sheen on the whole thing (No, he doesn’t! That’s why it’s so funny!) Let’s check it out, shall we?
