If you don’t love Jenna Fischer’s character Pam in The Office, chances are you’re either dead or you have no soul. She is arguably one of the most endearing characters — male or female — on television today. And she’s almost as fun to watch in the few flicks she been in (Blades of Glory, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, etc…), but this new indie flick she’s in — A Little Help — looks like the perfect vehicle for Fischer to air out.
She’s still adorable, but she’s not the meek Pam we know. She’s a young mom who seems as comfortable disciplining her son by yelling as she is with talking with him about seeing his first tit. The point is this: A Little Help looks like it would be impossible not to enjoy. I’m also pretty psyched that comedian Jim Florentine and Mad TV alum Arden Myrin have roles in it.
