As of yesterday, @NormsBookClub on Twitter is where Norm Macdonald will reportedly announce and discuss various pieces of literature with his current 3,000 followers on that account. The first book assigned is All The King’s Men by Robert Warren Penn.
It’s unclear whether this is a spin off of the social institution of Oprah’s Book Club or exactly how discussions will be moderated or where they will go. Hopefully, these book club discussions via Twitter be along Norm’s latest appearance on Conan where Macdonald’s irreverence gets to shine.
Jake Kroeger has dedicated his life, for better or probably worse, to comedy. Starting and continually running the Comedy Bureau, a voice for LA comedy, by himself, he also writes and performs stand-up comedy in LA and watches more live comedy than is probably humanly tolerable. He's been a daily contributor to Punchline Magazine, now Laughspin.com because he loves and believes in comedy so much. Said of Kroeger, "...without his dangerously insane, unhealthy work ethic, certain comics would not have any press at all."
