Chris Tucker announces stand-up comedy tour

Chris TuckerLongtime comedian and actor Chris Tucker has announced an 18-date stand-up comedy tour. Produced by Live Nation, the shows starts August 19th in Long Beach, CA. Tickets go on sale July 15 through and

Early in his career, Tucker gained a reputation throughout the Los Angeles comedy circuit for his trademark style, incomparable delivery and signature voice and was invited to be on Russell Simmons’ Def Comedy Jam where he became somewhat of a regular. Tucker has appeared in notable roles such as Smokey in Friday, and Detective Carter in the Rush Hour film series alongside Jackie Chan.
