For most comedy fans, the Sept. 22 season premiere of The Office cannot happen soon enough. The eighth season finds Dunder Mifflin without a regional manager after the dramatic Michael Scott (Steve Carell) exit at the conclusion of last season. And while we know James Spader has been cast as the CEO of Mifflin’s parent company, there is still no word about who — if anyone — will replace Carell. You can get more details on the new season here.

But in the just-released sneak preview, co-star Ed Helms seems to imply that someone (maybe him?) will get the job. Check out the full video below, wherein the likes of Phyllis Smith, Zach Woods, Angela Kinsey and Spader, himself, sound off on what to expect on the new Office when it returns to NBC.
