The brilliant minds behind It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia (which debuts its new season tonight on FX) have a chance of creating another hit show for the network. Rob Rosell, Scott Marder and David Hornsby are working on a new animated series, tentatively titled called Unsupervised. And it’s got a 13-episode order.

Unsupervised “is a comedy about optimistic best friends Gary and Joel navigating the harsh landscape of teenage life and trying to do what’s right without any parental guidance whatsoever,” Deadline reports. Kristen Bell, Saturday Night Live and Portlandia‘s Fred Armisen, Kaitlin Olson (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Romany Malco (40-Year Old Virgin), and Justin Long (lots of movies) as well as creators Rosell and Hornsby. “Having worked with David, Rob and Scott for many years on Sunny, it gives us great pleasure to see them make their own stamp on FX,” said FX’s EVP Nick Grad.

The show is set to premiere in January, alongside FX’s already-established animated series Archer, which also premieres tonight.
