I love Stars Wars. I know a lot of you reading this love Star Wars, too. I’m talking about the original three movies– not the horrendous newer three. So you Star Wars lovers probably know that George Lucas is releasing all six movies on Blu-ray on Sept. 16. You might also know that he’s decided to defecate on the original trilogy by adding some needless crappy dialogue to integral scenes and other dumb shit. The point is, I won’t be buying the new versions.

However, at least one good thing is coming out of the re-re-re-release of these flicks. It seems Lucas — perhaps in a wave of guilt for ruining Star Wars for millions of people — has joined up with the folks at Stand Up To Cancer to help raise funds for cancer research and treatment. In doing so, the organization has enlisted a huge group of comedy giants for this video to push the cause. You’ll see the likes of Zach Galifianakis, Ken Jeong (sporting a WTF with Marc Maron T-shirt), Ed Helms, Andy Samberg, Bill Hader, Aziz Ansari and more acting out classic Star Wars scenes. It’s a fucking hoot, so check it out and then think about purchasing one of the badass Star Wars-themed T-shirts from the folks at Stand Up To Cancer.
