On Monday, Sept. 26, The Colbert Report will air a special one-hour episode at 11:30 pm ET and will feature indie rock darlings Radiohead. The show’s format will be essentially be the same; however, the network has made room for expanded interviews and performances. The Thom Yorke-fronted band will perform songs off their most recent album The King of Limbs, as well as a new, previously unreleased track “The Daily Mail.” Said Colbert of the band, “I look forward to meeting the Radioheads and leveraging their anti-corporate indie cred to raise brand awareness for our sponsors.” If you’re like me, you can’t wait to see Colbert and Yorke’s deadpan looks going to head to head!
