Of all the innovative ways in which Twitter is being used in the comedy world, comedian Amber Tozer has perhaps found the most interesting and entertaining. She, along with Mark Sayre, created a web series called #nitTwits, wherein short films are created based on funny tweets. A sketch from the first episode, produced by Fantom Mechanic, just went live and I find it fucking hysterical. Instead of offering a summary of what you’re about to watch, I’ll just give you the tweet (written by Tozer, herself) on which the short is based: “Doing nice things for others helps me stay sober, so this old lady is gonna bet a piggy back ride to her car whether she wants it or not.” Alright. Let’s get to it, then.
