In Hollywood, where marginally talented actors and actresses are constantly rewarded for upholding stereotypes and maintaining the status quo, it’s nice to see someone like Tina Fey — a trailblazer in the comedy game — is the one on top of heard. Forbes released their highest paid actresses list this morning and it turns out Fey, producer, head writer and star of 30 Rock, made $13 million last year, tying Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria (who makes a shit ton of cash for also looking pretty on L’Oreal and LG ads) for the top spot.
So, what other A-list, “serious” actresses did comedy goddess Fey beat out? In order, from highest to lowest paid here they are: Marcia Cross, Mariska Hargitay, Marg Helgenberger, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Courteney Cox, Ellen Pompeo and Julianna Margulies.
