Great news for the world of small-budget, absurdly hilarious television shows! Janeane Garofalo has joined the cast of Adult Swim’s Delocated for its upcoming third season, which premieres early next year. Delocated follows comedian Jon Glaser’s character (also named Jon) — donned in a ski mask — who lives hiding from Russian mobsters. Oh, and he’s also on a reality show. And that’s where Garofalo’s character comes in. She’ll be playing Susan Shapiro, the head of the network that produces the show he’s on.

“I couldn’t be less excited,” said Glaser, in a statement. “Janeane is not very funny, and she’s also a terrible actress. OH MY GOD, HILARIOUS! I ACTUALLY MEAN THE OPPOSITE OF EVERYTHING I JUST SAID ABOUT HER! WELCOME, JANEANE!”

Garofalo joins a solid comedy cast consisting of Eugene Mirman, Jerry Minor and Zoe Lister Jones. To get a taste of Delocated, check out the clip below, which finds Jon in a coma with his family around him to show their support.

Garofalo’s last television gig was a co-starring role on the drama Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, which was canceled earlier this year after one season on CBS.
