Jennifer Coolidge, best known as the MILF in the American Pie franchise, will be joining the cast of CBS’s freshman comedy breakout 2 Broke Girls. Coolidge, also a stand-up comedian, will play a recurring character named Sophie, a working woman that moves into Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline’s (Beth Behrs) apartment building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, reports Deadline. The part was created specifically for her. CBS is likely happy with the show’s title, but with Coolidge’s addition, might I suggest 2 Broke Girls, 1 MILF?
The show, which was picked up for a full season a few weeks ago, has been beating out most every other on Mondays. The one exception– Two And A Half Men. You can check out 2 Broke Girls Monday nights at 8:30pm EST on CBS.
