Listen to Tina Fey narrate NPR’s “The Hidden World of Girls”

I’m on board with 99 percent of the things Tina Fey does– even films like Baby Mama. I love her work that much.

Her newest project, though, deviates in a pretty big way from the silly comedy world of 30 Rock and Mean Girls. The writer and actress narrated two specials for NPR’s The Hidden World of Girls, which is all about how trailblazing women got to be so badass. I can’t think of anyone more fitting to narrate these specials. Even better, the specials emerged from user feedback: the producers fielded phone calls from listeners worldwide to find women to feature.

And even better than that, you can listen to both hours of the special right now, thanks to PRX.org. Check it, kiddies!
