Portlandia‘s second season on IFC is fast approaching, comedy nerds. In fact, we’re just eight days away from the bizarrely funny sketch show’s Jan. 6 premiere (10 pm ET)! So, to further whet your appetite for the second coming of Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein and co., please accept this 24-minute, behind-the-scenes look at the new season of Portlandia. You can thank the fine folks at IFC for putting it together. More specifically, you should thank celebrated documentarian and music video director Lance Bangs, because he’s the real force behind this thing.
