What did you think of Ricky Gervais’ monologue at the Golden Globes? (Video)

So, the hype for last night’s third coming was through the roof: Was Ricky going to be “mean” again? Was he going to hold back a little? Was he going to sacrifice one of Angelina Jolie’s children live, onstage? We’re sure some questions were asked more than others. Well, if you missed the show last night, or just want to relive the opening monologue, we’ve dropped it below. On of our favorite jabs was this one directed toward Martha Stewart and Justin Bieber:

Justin Bieber nearly had to take a paternity test. What a waste of a test that would have been. No, he’s not the father. The only way he could have impregnated the girl was if he borrow one of Martha Stewart’s old turkey basters. Open wide.

There’s nothing quite like watching a fancy awards show while being forced to picture the domestic goddess, herself, shoving a cooking utensil in her genitals. Thank, you Ricky. What did I think of it? I thought of all the money he got for telling other people’s jokes.
