Former Jimmy Fallon employee sues host for having gender bias

Late night host Jimmy Fallon has been slapped with a lawsuit claiming that he is into female domination…which is why Paul Tarascio, a former stage manager at Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, claims he was let go back in 2010.

Documents obtained by TMZ claim that Fallon would request certain male staffers be replaced by dominant women, such as studio technicians and prop masters. Tarascio insists that his female replacement was drastically less qualified than him. Even Jimmy’s director, David Diomedi, allegedly told the disgruntled ex-employee, “Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman.”

Tarascio is suing for punitive damages and lost wages.

Fallon has not responded to the lawsuit publicly. Maybe it is because he’s a little tied-up— by a whip-wielding woman in leather. Or maybe it’s because this lawsuit sounds like it was filed by a crybaby upset about being replaced.

When the complaint was initially filed last year, there was a copy of it posted–it pretty much read like a high-school drama filled with nothing but hear-say on the part of Tarascio and Diomedi. And I’ve been to multiple tapings of Late Night–the female stage manager was pretty damn competent. Dude was most likely fired because he sucked at his job and was bringing morale down.

Jimmy was probably bullied by male peers in high school. So he’s uncomfortable being directed by males. Billy Procida was also probably bullied in high school, but he just writes for a blog
