Adding two days of programming seems to have been the least of what South By Southwest has done to bolster its comedy credibility. The list of comedians performing between March 10 – 17 in Austin, TX, which Laughspin can reveal now, is not only massive but is so crammed with some of the biggest names in the business as well as some of your favorite up and comers.

Todd Barry, Mike Birbiglia, Kristen Schaal, Marc Maron, Reggie Watts, Greg Proops and Eugene Mirman are but a few of the scheduled performers. In addition to straight stand-up acts, SXSW will also host themed showcases, including The Cast of Bob’s Burger’s Live, Funny or Die presents The Super Serious Show and UCB Comedy presents All-Stars of Improv, Kevin Allison’s Risk! and a Stand Up! Records showcase.

Special events include Kelly Carlin’s one-woman show A Carlin Home Companion, Troy Conrad and Paul Provenza’s traveling improvised stand-up show Set List and Doug Benson’s long-running The Benson Interruption.
