In an interview today with Australian radio show The Doctor hosted by Lindsay McDougall on the Triple J radio station, Carrie Brownstein confirmed that IFC has picked up Portlandia for a third season. As she’s currently on tour with her band Wild Flag, filming has not yet begun, but will commence once she returns and rejoins with co-star Fred Armisen. More info on this to come.
