The Laughspin video interview with Jimmy Shubert from Laughfest

While at Laughfest in Grand Rapids last week, I caught up with comedian Jimmy Shubert just before he was about to get on a plane to Los Angeles. You may know Jimmy from his appearances on King of Queens; he also just did a spot on the CBS hit series 2 Broke Girls. If you’re really lucky, however, you’ve seen him onstage slinging jokes with old-school fervor, determination and with nary a concern about political correctness.

Jimmy and I had an animated chat (well, he was animated; I just basically sat there and enjoyed it), covering the upcoming presidential election (spoiler: we’re all doomed), female sportscasters (he’s not on board), pornography (MILFs all the way) and more (we find out the last time Jimmy cried). Check it out below!

If you liked what you saw, we highly recommend you check out Jimmy’s albums and DVDs here.

Good insightful interview into the mind of JS. I wish you had asked him what his favorite snack and cocktail is. Maybe next time.
