Watch the trailer for Simon Pegg’s new movie ‘A Fantastic Fear of Everything’

In my humble opinion, Simon Pegg can do little wrong. After all, he’s the guy who wrote some of the best genre-bending comedies in the last bunch of years– Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and Paul, among them. His latest project finds Pegg in front of the camera only, playing a a children’s book author-turned-crime-novelist.

“His detailed research into the lives of Victorian serial killers has turned him into a paranoid wreck, persecuted by the irrational fear of being murdered,” the studio’s synopsis reads. “When Jack is thrown a life-line by his long-suffering agent and a mysterious Hollywood executive takes a sudden and inexplicable interest in his script, what should be his big break rapidly turns into his big breakdown, as Jack is forced to confront his worst demons; among them his love life, his laundry and the origin of all fear.”

Check out the trailer below and tell us what you think. Personally, I’ll happily lay my money down to peep this in the theaters.
