Musical comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates (aka Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci) are no strangers to viral video success, what with their many YouTube hits. And their newest, “My Apartment’s Very Clean Without You” is well on its way to similar heights. What’s different about their latest offering, however, is not just that its animated (nice job by Deanna Rooney) but the song itself is genuinely heartfelt. Sure, sure, the song (and especially the video) has hints of humor, but in the end, it’s all sweetness.

Of course, dedicated fans who bought Garfunkel and Oates’ most recent full-length album Slippery When Moist, will already know this about the song. Nonetheless, the newly-released video is super. Check it out below.
