Watch Cedric the Entertainer in an absurdly funny R&B video parody

This June, Cedric the Entertainer will return to network television for the first time since his run on the Steve Harvey Show. It’s all happening around a Hot in Cleveland spinoff called The Soul Man, wherein Cedric plays a former R&B superstar who is now employed as the pastor — that’s Reverend Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine — in his father’s church. Bonus: Reno 911! standout Niecy Nash plays his wife! And you can see it all go down when it premieres June 20 on TV Land.

Below, we get to see the Reverend in his former glory singing, gyrating and shirtless (with lovely ladies)– in his video for a song called “Sex Wichoo.” Just think of all the worst R&B stereotypes, filter it through a smart comedic lens and let Ced work, and you have yourself a hilarious video and song. Check it out.
