Between Two Ferns is coming to television! It’s true. On his long-running podcast Comedy Bang Bang, Scott Aukerman told listeners this morning that he just got done directing a 30-minute version of the most enjoyably uncomfortable interview show for Comedy Central.
Between Two Ferns: A New York City Tale will feature host Zach Galifianakis (of course) as well as Tina Fey, Jon Stewart, and a mysterious “Sir Richard Branson,” as if they even need to lure viewers in with a surprise guests or anything. The show has not been confirmed for a proper series run, so for now, we’ll have to be happy with this one-off. Don’t miss it Sunday May 6 at 8:30 pm EST on Comedy Central, right before The Comedy Awards.
