Some comedians gauge success by television appearances or stand-up specials, album sales or the ability to sell out theaters. And Mike Birbiglia has done all these things and more. But somehow I get the feeling he’s pretty proud of his latest accomplishment: The Birbig Burger.
In anticipation of his May 3 show at the Palace in Stamford, CT, the good humored — and all-organic — folks at Station Eats teamed up with Birbiglia to create this limited edition, grass-fed burger, which is generously topped with fresh mozzarella, pizza sauce and pepperoni! A single burger version of this delicious treat will run you $6.95, or you can double it up for $9.95. But it’ll only be available from May 1 – 3.
