Greta Van Susteren hates Louis C.K. but just loves Lindsay Lohan?

Fox News host Greta Van Susteren refused to attend the Radio and Television Correspondents Association Dinner on June 8 in Washington D.C because Louis C.K. was scheduled to perform. In short, she said “he denigrates all women,” and that’s why she decided she wasn’t going and why she called on others to ban the event. C.K. bowed out, saying all the controversy really wasn’t worth it.

On Saturday, however, Van Susteren will attend a more high-profile but similar event, the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. And she’s invited a guest: Lindsay Lohan.

So, let me try to understand this. She believes C.K. is a morally bankrupt woman hater and that Lindsay Lohan is just swell? Here’s the truth: Lohan has done more damage to herself, to others and to the minds of young women everywhere – who learn, by Lohan’s example, that you can fuck up time and time again and still be considered a “star” – than C.K. could ever do, even if he tried.

Personally, I have nothing against Lohan. She’s super talented, and I hope she gets her shit together. But, the idea that holier-than-thou Van Susteren would buddy up to the actress weeks after demonizing C.K. reeks of hypocrisy.

It’s probably just about the C-level language he uses to make money.  Doubt if Lindsay would be calling anyone out using that term.
