The Sklar Brothers hit the History Channel tonight on a mission to prove that statistics don’t have to be boring. Their show, The United Stats of America, premieres at 10 p.m. EST, tackling the question of the week: How are we most likely to die?

The identical twins, Jason and Randy Sklar, have appeared on stages, screens and radio and co-host the ultra-popular podcast Sklarbro Country– all the while employing their clever back-and-forth two-man comedy act. They’ve done a variety of television and movies in the past– even bringing comedy to the unlikely annuls of ESPN. But this is their first stint with History.

Tonight, the Sklar Brothers meet up with a snake wrangler who, in addition to giving Jason tips on handling the feared serpents, points out that only a handful of people actually die from snakebites each year in the U.S. Plus, (listen closely) snakebite victims tend to be young, intoxicated men. The Brothers will also determine the most hazardous workplace and the most germ-covered spot in the house – surprise! It’s not the toilet seat– but the results are hilarious.

Watch the Sklar Brothers explain how being a living statistic qualifies them to do a show about stats.
