For the first time in 13 years, Conan O’Brien will be stopping by as a guest on Late Show with David Letterman on Thursday, May 17. Given that they’ve both lost The Tonight Show to Jay Leno and had a brief stint as competitors in the same time slot in 2010, the two should have plenty to talk about.
While they have both expressed their feelings on the Leno/Conan debacle separately on their own shows, this will be the first time they’ve discussed it together on-air. Despite not having sat down with one another in some years, Conan and Letterman have always maintained a respectful and seemingly non-competitive relationship with one another, which should make for an excellent interview next week.
