We already got a sneak peek at The Campaign during Comedy Central’s Between Two Ferns presentation. Well, now we have the full trailer.
Will Ferrell stars as Cam Brady, a good-old Southern family man who has run unopposed for Congress for 4 years by pandering to all demographics imaginable- farmers, bankers, women, veterans, Filipino Tilt-a-whirl operators. Marty Huggins (Zach Galifianakis), who seems to have a lot in common with Zach’s twin brother Seth, steps in to run against Brady. Judging by the trailer, The Campaign delivers all that you might expect from a Ferrell/Galifianakis comedy- trash talk, cultural awkwardness and, absolutely, Will Ferrell punching a baby in the face. The Campaign hits theaters on August 10.
