Former Daily Show correspondent Rob Riggle is working on a project with HBO to produce and star in a comedy series, working with the team from The Other Guys. The as-of-yet untitled project, written by Adam McKay and Chris Henchy and executive produced by Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, is set in a world of bond traders in the 1980s Wall Street. It centers on a successful, hard-living boss (Riggle) who lives a dark, self-centered, unhealthy life, Deadline reports.

The project is based on an idea of Riggle’s and stems from his development deal with HBO, and fulfills Ferrell, Wahlberg, and Riggle’s search for a project on which to collaborate. After Riggle and Wahlberg worked together on Other Guys, Riggle starred in Wahlberg’s CBS comedy pilot Home Game and was attached to produce the HBO comedy project Lifestyle Lemonaid last year, but the team wasn’t able to make either project stick.
