Saturday Night Live veteran and star of the upcoming Adam Sandler flick That’s My Boy, Andy Samberg joined the ranks of such comic giants as Will Ferrell and Conan O’Brien — as well as world leaders like Mother Theresa and Bill Clinton — when he addressed Harvard’s class of 2012 on Class Day this week.
Samberg delivered the historic speech with honor and humor, pointing out that Harvard’s graduates are most aptly suited to meet the various crises the world is facing. “Relax, dude! You just finished college at Harvard. You worked so hard. Trust me, you’re going to kill,” he assured them.
The comedian also peppered in the appropriate Yale insults and a bit of useful life advice for the elite students. You can check out the entire speech below.
This was the first year that Harvard welcomed two speakers for the celebration. Massachussetts Congressman Barney Frank also addressed the class. Check out our list of past celebrity graduation speeches!
