Seth MacFarlane reveals rejected movie ideas before ‘Ted’ became a reality (Video)

In this College Humor Original, Seth MacFarlane walks us through some bizarre “rejected pitches” on what his movie, Ted, could have been if he subbed Mark Wahlberg for any given actor/musician/writer and replaced a stuffed teddy bear with any inanimate object. It’s a very simple equation. And a three minute long video accompanied by graphic renderings of these pitches. In the spirit of the video, they could have replaced Seth MacFarlane with a sack of potatoes. Mark Wahlberg cameos.
