With two published books under his belt, his current gig hosting Family Feud, a handful of other television and film roles and an upcoming afternoon talk show, Steve Harvey has been a busy man with an interest in a wide variety of projects. He’s so busy, in fact, that last year he announced that he would be retiring from stand-up comedy, and earlier this month, Harvey went up for the last time. With a list of people to thank (including fellow comedians Earthquake and Lavell Crawford) and a few things to say about his 27 year-long career, he made a final goodbye to stand-up comedy in front of the packed MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
