Viewers at home will be treated to an outstanding event this Sunday when Comedy Central airs their autism benefit Night of Too Many Stars at 8 pm ET. Hosted by Jon Stewart, the evening brought together some of the most seemingly disparate performers– from Bill O’Reilly to Sting; from Seth Rogen to CNN’s John King, as well as Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Stephen Colbert, Louis C.K., Bill Burr, Katy Perry and many more.
I was there last Saturday when the show taped at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. On the red carpet (actually, it was blue, the official color of autism awareness) I got to chat with the likes of Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine, Grizz Chapman of 30 Rock, comedians Hannibal Buress and JB Smoove (he’s got a message for Larry David about a new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm) and Hardball host Chris Matthews! Check it out below!
