Comedian Joe Rogan will release his third hour-long special exclusively through his official site. Joe Rogan Live from the Tabernacle will be available Dec. 18 on JoeRogan.net for $5. Users will be able to stream or download the special, recorded at the Tabernacle in Atlanta on April 20, which will be free from all digital rights management (DRM) restrictions.

Rogan has previously released his special Talking Monkeys in Space in 2009 and Joe Rogan Live in 2007. He’s also released two albums, Shiny Happy Jihad and I’m Gonna be Dead Someday.

Louis C.K. released his latest special Live at the Beacon Theatre late last year, which led to other forward-thinking comedians — Aziz Ansari, Jim Gaffigan and Rob Delaney to name a few — to distribute their new hours in similar fashion.
