Beloved Parks and Recreation star Amy Poehler has just inked a deal to write her very first book! Planned for a 2014 release, Harper Collins will publish a tome, described as an “illustrated, nonlinear diary full of humor and honesty and brimming with true stories, fictional anecdotes and life lessons,” according to a statement released by imprint It Books.

The announcement comes on the heels of another new project for Poehler: She’ll star in a 30-second Super Bowl commercial for Best Buy.

“Because of the complexity of technology today, folks have lots of questions,” said Scott Durchslag, Best Buy president of online and global e-commerce. “Amy is this comedic everyperson who can make things simple. And Best Buy is trying to accomplish the same thing — making technology simple.”

Poehler joins another comedy-type, Kaley Cuoco of Big Bang Theory, on the short list of comedians starring in Super Bowl ads, which air during the game on Feb. 3.
