Gone are the hopes that Stephen Colbert would run for President of the United States. However, there’s nothing stopping his big sis Elizabeth Colbert Busch to run for public office, who recently announced she’d be running for Congress in an upcoming special election in the 1st District of South Carolina, the Colbert family’s home state. And last night on the Colbert Report, despite LuLu — that’s what Stephen calls her — running as a Democrat, the talk show host threw his support behind her. Check it out.
