In response to the bombings at the Boston Marathon (see Patton Oswalt’s response) on Monday, that, as of this writing, has left three dead and 183 injured, Fox has pulled a recent episode of Family Guy that depicts multiple deaths at the Boston Marathon.

Originally airing on March 17, the episode features a flashback scene wherein character Peter Griffin is seen running over runners at the Boston Marathon with his car, eventually winning the race. “I’ll tell ya, Bob, I just got in my car and drove it,’ Griffin says. “And when there was a guy in my way, I killed him.”

Fox announced the episode has been removed from Fox.com and Hulu and will never again be re-aired on television or otherwise.
