Once upon a time when the concept of a Web series was a novel one, Maria Bamford starred in the hilarious Maria Bamford Show (watch here), which ran on the now-defunct TBS Networks-owned site called Super Deluxe. That was 2008 and this is now— and My Damn Channel has given second life to The Bammer’s Web show career!

This time, it seems instead of portraying her entire family (and her childhood nemesis) as she did on her former series, she’ll stick with playing her mom. Here’s how Maria explains the new show Ask My Mom:

My Mom is Marilyn Bamford, a 70-year-old retired family therapist and a Netflix connoisseur. She has years of wisdom to tackle any query, question or fact of life. But, she’s also one of the busiest senior citizens on the planet! We can only get her to answer questions while she’s getting something done, but it’s priceless hard-hitting advice – whether she’s microwaving baked potatoes, doing yard work or jumping on a mini-trampoline.

The show will premiere May 30 on MyDamnChannel.com, but for now, check out this awesome teaser!
