Let’s be honest; as informative and emotionally stirring as they can be, watching documentaries can be exhausting– even the uplifting ones. The underdog stories or the tales of the inner city school teacher who finally gets through to her students can result in frequent time checks and bathroom breaks. Luckily, Nick Thune’s upcoming YouTube documentary, Disarmed appears to be neither boring nor multiple-DVD lengths long. Coming to the Internet in June, the inspiring film about Thune’s triumphant recovery from a broken arm and his personal transformation over the period of six weeks may bring you to tears. Assuming you’re watching it on a big enough screen. Watch the trailer below.
