The days are quickly approaching for the British upheaval and coup of The Daily Show with John Oliver– shit, I mean Jon Stewart. Stewart is taking a break from the show to direct Rosewater, a dramatic adaptation of the memoir And Then They Came For Me: A Family’s Story of Love, Captivity and Survival, which tells the life story of Canadian-Iranian reporter Maziar Bahari. Oliver’s temporary hosting gig begins this coming Monday, June 10.

Already a legend on the satirical news program, Oliver is presented with a new challenge on the Comedy Central production: how to conduct an interview without unabashedly mocking or deriding the interviewee. To battle with his nervousness, and in a dire attempt to seek out advice, last night, Oliver visited David Letterman, who presented him with some veteran moves.
