Lewis Black to graduating class: You are now entering a world filled to the brim with idiots (Video)

This past Saturday, Lewis Black delivered an inspiring, poignant and hilarious (obviously) commencement speech to the 1,200 graduating students at University of California– San Diego’s Thurgood Marhsall College. Throughout the nearly 15-minute address, Black urged students to keep hold of their senses of humor, that it will be, “your life preserver in what could definitely be a veil of tears,” La Jolla Patch points out. Black also admitted to the graduates that, yes, the world is filled with undesirable people — “You are now entering a world filled to the brim with idiots” — but warned students acting impulsively against said idiots isn’t always the best course of action.
